Hey Kangaroos and Diamonds,

Did you know that world’s oldest known land animal is Jonathan, an 183-year-old Aldabra giant tortoise. He lives on the grounds of the governor’s mansion in St. Helena, an island off West Africa? That’s right. Imagine living that long. Just simply incredible.

  1. Wow imagine that indeed 😂. I have heard about this turtle and have actually seem seen video documentaries about it. I think its species as well is actually pretty close to being extinct, and scientist and wild life experts were trying to save the species.

But anything living that long these days is legend, especially for a land animals. I have head about other animals supposedly being about 200+ years old but the majority of those were sea and aquatic animals lol

      • Haha thank you from your wonderful encouragement and understanding.

Exactly, to see how wildlife survives in some of the most inhospitable environments gets unimaginable; it’s like you have to see it to believe it 😂😂.

But if I had to be an animal, my first choice would be a kangaroo hahaha 👍👌🤣
